We were recently employed by a local, South West Victorian Home Care Package Service Provider.
We became increasingly uncomfortable with our clients losing up to 44% of their funds in management fees.
Quite frankly, we felt this was outrageous.
We decided to create our own, boutique service. We focus on providing a highly responsive, quality service, to a small number of package recipients, in and around Warrnambool and greater South West Victoria.
We have utilised our experience in developing efficient, technology driven systems. We have streamlined the way we comply with government regulations, and how we manage your home care package on the My Aged Care Portal. This combined, has allowed us to minimise the cost of delivering our management service to you - a flat fee of just 26%.
We believe you should have real-time access to your package funds, anytime and from anywhere. This means, you always know how much money is available for you to spend on support services, putting control of your package, back into your hands.
Simply put, we don't have the high overhead costs of old technology and manual systems found in many established providers of home care packages. We built our systems to specifically support you, your home care package and your desire to remain in your own home.
